In 1997 Cartoon Network Wacky Racing released it's 2nd. The Scooby Dooby Doo! Cartoon Network Wacky Racer. When this happened more merchindise of Scooby came out and this was also the time that the internet got really popular. Many dedicated Scooby fans made websites to try to keep Scooby alive. I was one of those I created Scooby Doo Crew 97. And as all this was happening Scooby's popularity was slowly going up.
